Finally, I’m back!

What a momentous battle I have had over the past five days, trying to get Rebecca’s Resource back online for you.

My web hosting company failed to automatically renew my domain. Over 50 emails, 7 chats and several phone calls failed to fix this, because they insisted I was wrong and this domain was working – even though it was showing a domain registrar’s parked page.

My hosting company let my domain expire, then seemed incapable of understanding I have name variations registered with them.

A huge lesson has been learned here and I will explain what this is in future posts.

Meanwhile, I now have to work on getting back my search engine rankings and my reputation.

To my followers who are still here. I am sorry that this happened and I will endeavour to prevent it happening again.
