The Secret Of How To Write Articles Really Fast

I found an easy way to write lots of quality articles really fast. What do I mean by fast? 3 or 4 articles per hour and sometimes more, and I am talking about articles typically with lengths of 500 – 800 words.

If the articles are shorter, 300 – 400 words, then I find that I can write even more in an hour and it’s very easy. I don’t struggle or stress over finding topics and don’t get writers block.

How do I do it? Well, its really very simple. I use PLR content (Private Label Rights). I buy or get PLR articles for free and then I re-write them. For me, this is the simplest way of coming up with great content for articles really fast. The key is using PLR articles, where I have the right to use the article in any way I choose. (Note: It cannot be done with any other article because you must have the rights to use the article in any form.)

When I use a PLR article, I rewrite the entire thing, from start to finish. I look at the article to determine a keyphrase and if I don’t find one suitable, I choose one to include in my new article.

1. Headline

The first thing I rewrite is the headline, to include the original or my keyphrase, but I always change the headline.

2. Content

Next, I read through the article and note the keywords and the flavour of the article. Then I start to rewrite, using the structure of the original article. I try to completely rewrite every part of the article, only occasionally leaving in a phrase of a few words if I can’t think of a better way to write it, so the entire new article is written in my own style.

I often take a plain text article and break it up into sub headings, which often helps with the title of the work too. For example, an article might be on article writing, but it may be an article broken only by paragraphs. I’ll consider sub headings and see if I can’t make my new article a list, like this article, which, by the way, is not written from a PLR piece!

3. Conclusion

The last paragraph needs to concisely round off your article and signal that the reader is coming to the end. It’s also an important part of the article, because if you are writing articles for article directories, then you need to consider your last paragraph is your bio, so the concluding paragraph in the main article needs to prepare the reader to continue smoothly straight into the bio (or resource box) which must be a call to action if you want your articles to serve a purpose.

I also use content duplication checker software which allows me to compare the similarities between my rewritten article and the original. I find my version is usually 40-50% unique. But, in case you’re curious, I have take other articles in the same niche, by different authors and compared them to mine and have found the duplication in content to be from 10-25%. I think that’s because there are always going to be matching words in any article about the same topic.

Plus, there are going to be all the common words, like ‘the’ ‘and’ ‘there’ and so on. The one thing that I look for most closely when using the content duplication checker is for phrases that match and make sure I change any that match more than 3 or 4 words.

Using this method solves several problems for me all in the one process. When using PLR, in particular the free versions, there can be dozens, if not hundreds of the original article pasted on sites all around the Internet. Rewriting the article makes my article unique. And of course, that eliminates any issues of duplicate content or originality when articles are submitted to directories.

And that’s the whole procedure. Find a PLR article about your chosen topic, check it for keywords, choose the keywords and keyphrases you want in your new article and start rewriting, using the old article as a guide. Voila, in just a few minutes, you have a brand new article.
